Our story
neoeco was born out of a shared vision between two brothers, Robert and Stephen Pell, who saw the urgent need for businesses to address their environmental impact without compromising their operational efficiency.
Robert, with his rich background in life cycle assessment (LCA) and environmental science, and Stephen, an experienced chartered accountant who has founded and scaled a technology focused international accounting business, combined their expertise to create a solution that bridges the gap between environmental responsibility and financial accountability.

Stephen holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Birmingham (2004-2007) and is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA, 2010), Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA, 2012), and Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCCA, 2015), with two Accounting Excellence Awards (2020/2021).

Robert Pell holds a BSc in Geology & Geography (Hons) from the University of Birmingham (2009-2012) and a PhD in Responsible Sourcing of Rare Earths from the University of Exeter (2015-2018).
