Small team, high leverage. We ship real product to real finance teams every week, then refine with their feedback. No committees, no long roadmaps we don't use.
Domain beats dogma
We hire people who know accounting, assurance, LCA, or ML classification deeply. The best carbon platform looks nothing like the average carbon platform — because most carbon platforms were built by people who don't know the ledger.
Write the memo
We think in prose. New features, methodology decisions, and customer commitments live in short written docs any teammate can challenge. If you can't write it down, it isn't ready.
Remote-friendly, UK-anchored
We're a UK-incorporated company with a hybrid hub in London. Most of the team works remotely across UK and EU time zones. In-person offsites twice a year.

We don't keep a running list of open roles. We hire when we meet someone who fits the team and pushes the product forward.
